Welcoming Haraya Residences, where imagination knows no bounds

Shang Robinsons Properties (SRPI) has launched the luxury high-rise development and “vertical gated village” Haraya Residences. SRPI unveiled the development’s showrooms at the center of Bridgetown Estate in Pasig. The 558-unit, 57-storey South Tower was first to launch, with the North Tower to follow.

SRPI is a joint venture between Shang Properties, Inc., and Robinsons Land Corporation, and is the venture’s second project.

According to SRPI President Atty. Karlo Marco Estavillo, the “ideal marriage” between Shang Properties Inc. and RLC first resulted in Aurelia Residences, SRPI’s first joint venture, touted as the “gold standard of condos in BGC.” He stressed, “Now, we are giving birth to another beautiful child… We have every confidence that Haraya Residences will very quickly become the gold standard of condos here in Pasig.”

Next-level condominium living

The input and involvement of top global design firms and experts has resulted in the realization of SRPI’s imagination and vision for Haraya Residences.

According to P&T Group architect and director Edgar Cozzio, Haraya Residences’ South and North Towers were specifically shaped to provide residents with home spaces that will cosset and comfort them, while at the same time incorporate outdoor living spaces that flow into indoor spaces and which provide a sense of freedom by doing so.

To achieve this, Muzio built in loggias—extensions of each and every unit that also form part of the exterior of each, for instance, outdoor living rooms or intimate gardens. The units’ bedroom suites also work to achieve fluidity between the exterior and interior, through providing configurations which work to expand the notion of “home”.

For example, Haraya Residences’ one-bedroom suites expand on the usual layout of such suites thanks to their loggias that extend the living rooms and additional flexible spaces as well. For their part, the two-bedroom suites boast expansive windows sweeping from the living rooms to the guests and master bedrooms to allow for panoramic views. And the three-bedroom units offer true spatial flexibility to families and those who crave open spaces thanks to their loggias.

Amenities supporting community life

Haraya Residences’ range of amenities are tailor-fit to serve as venues where community, residents’ need for privacy, and beautiful landscaping can converge.

The outdoor amenities span up to 2,500 sqm and incorporate a wide variety of private nooks and green spaces, including children’s play areas, and swimming pools as well. As for the indoor amenities, they cover approximately 2,270 sqm and feature spaces for residents and their friends, colleagues and/or relatives to come together.

These include The Chef’s Kitchen, where residents can wine and dine and host private events; The Gym, where fitness enthusiasts can work up a healthy sweat; The Studio and The Tea Room, where residents can work with colleagues and students can focus on their studies; The Library, where bookworms can read to their hearts’ content; The Playroom and The Game Room for kids and gaming enthusiasts; The Viewing Room, where residents can enjoy movies for free; and the Lobby Lounge, where meetings can be conducted at ease.
